Duties and Responsibilities

• Initiate and follow up the sales process from the initial contact phase till the closure and after sales follow up
• Research and analyze sales options and identify business opportunities
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and answer their service-related queries in person and on the phone
• Develop strong feedback system for problem solving and evaluation of customer needs and complains
• Achieve or exceed the agreed sales targets and results within a schedule (weekly/monthly/annually sales target)
• Generate referral business by managing existing clients
• Develop and maintain productive business relationships with all prospects, partners, and clients
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales collateral suitable for the target market
• Prepare and Present weekly/monthly reports and attending company meetings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s
  Degree (Preferably in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing ),
  With Science background will be an added advantages
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Sales Department focusing on geographic territory-based sales and account solicitation
• Excellent presentation and communication skills with proven persuasive power
• First-rate computer skills, telephone etiquette, and work ethic
• Self-motivated individual with strong business acumen, good time management, and task prioritization skills
• Proven ability to work under pressure on strict deadlines
