Advent Constructions is currently recruiting for the following positions:

1. Site Engineer
   • Position Overview:
     As a Site Engineer, you will oversee the construction process, ensuring
     the project is executed according to the design specifications, within
     budget and on schedule.
   • Eligibility Criteria: A degree in Civil Engineering or related field with at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
2. Quantity Surveyor
   • Position Overview:
     The Quantity Surveyor will manage all costs related to construction
     projects, ensuring the financial aspects of the project are properly
     controlled.
   • Eligibility Criteria: A degree in Quantity Surveying with at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
3. Quality Control
   • Position Overview:
     As part of the Quality Control team, you will ensure that construction
     work meets the required standards, specifications, and regulations.
   • Eligibility Criteria:
     A degree in Construction Management or related field with at least 5
     years of experience in quality control for construction projects.
4. Land Surveyor
   • Position Overview:
     The Land Surveyor will be responsible for measuring and mapping
     construction sites, ensuring all measurements are accurate and compliant
     with building regulations.
   • Eligibility Criteria: A degree in Surveying or related field with at least 5 years of experience in land surveying within the construction industry.
5. Safety Officer
   • Position Overview:
     The Safety Officer will be in charge of monitoring and ensuring a safe
     working environment on construction sites, in compliance with all safety
     regulations.
   • Eligibility Criteria: A degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field with at least 5 years of experience in construction site safety.
6. Stores Keeper
   • Position Overview:
     The Stores Keeper will manage the inventory of materials, tools, and
     equipment on-site, ensuring that stock levels are maintained, and
     materials are available as needed.
   • Eligibility Criteria:
     A degree in Supply Chain Management or related field with at least 5
     years of experience in inventory management for construction projects.
7. Document Controller
   • Position Overview:
     The Document Controller will ensure all construction project
     documentation is properly maintained, organized, and easily accessible
     for the team.
   • Eligibility Criteria:
     A degree in Business Administration or related field with at least 5
     years of experience in document management, specifically in
     construction.

Indian Chef
Indian Chef at Advent Construction Ltd January 2025
Job Title: Indian Chef
Responsibilities:

• Create and Prepare Indian Dishes: Craft a variety of traditional and
  modern Indian dishes using authentic techniques and ingredients.
• Menu Planning: Design and plan menus that align with restaurant concepts and customer preferences.
• Kitchen
  Management: Oversee kitchen operations, manage junior kitchen staff,
  and ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ingredient Selection: Source high-quality ingredients and monitor food stock.
• Training: Supervise and train junior kitchen staff in cooking techniques and presentation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with management to develop seasonal specialties and promotions.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure a clean and organized kitchen environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience as an Indian chef or in a similar role.
• Education: Culinary degree or equivalent certification or 5years of experience on similar role preferred.
• Skills:
  In-depth knowledge of traditional and contemporary Indian cooking
  techniques, strong understanding of food safety and sanitation
  practices, ability to manage kitchen staff, excellent time management
  and organizational skills, creativity in food presentation, and strong
  communication and teamwork abilities.
