Responsibilities:

• Deliver and follow up on introduction letters from the respective government offices
• Create and maintain positive relationships between all government/community offices and the company
• Engaging
  respective government officials and offices to acquire relevant details
  on potential communities for setting up our business
• Creating a
  pool of potential sites/communities within each ward that would fit
  well with the products and services offered by our company
• Make field visits to potential communities and share relevant feedback to the management on findings
• Appropriately fill out all documentations associated with the pre-validation stage
• Gather
  information on any ongoing and upcoming REA projects that may
  potentially affect our business operations in any respective community
• Scout
  for potential competitors and provide feedback on any products/services
  offered that may affect the livelihood of our business

Requirements:

• At least a diploma in any recognized field

• Ability to read and write English
• Located in Tanga, Morogoro or Pwani
• Experience in conducting surveys or community engaged activities
• General knowledge on the community in question including logistics, leadership and security issues
