Core Responsibilities

• Installation & Configuration: Install and configure new servers
  (Windows, Unix, Linux), virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V,
  OpenStack), and storage solutions.
• Internal Control &
  Security: Ensure internal control and apply information security best
  practices to maintain a controlled and reliable environment.
• Follow change control procedures and ensure SLA fulfillment.
• System Maintenance: Install updates, patches, hot fixes, and tune operating systems and software utilities or applications.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks such as backups.
• Monitoring & Diagnostics: Monitor capacity and performance.
• Diagnose and identify problems affecting service availability or performance.
• Technical Support: Assure technical service for installed equipment.
