BACKGROUND INFORMATION.
Career
Options Africa Group is a HR Consultancy firm specializing in
Recruitment, HR outsourcing and Immigration support in Africa with
offices in Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Democratic Republic of Congo
(DRC), Burundi, Nigeria, South Africa and South Sudan.
Our
client a Day Care Centre, Nursery, Primary and Secondary School located
in Arusha Tanzania is looking for the expertise of a Human Resource
Manager.
THE JOB
As the Human Resource Manager, you
will take ownership of all HR matters across the school from recruitment
to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action, and learning
and development.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and on boarding
- Manage the training and development plans and ensure they are of a high standard.
- Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution
- Ensure the organization’s compliance with local and state regulations
- Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures.
- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
- Maintain HR systems and processes
- Conduct performance and salary reviews.

QUALIFICATIONS
The job holder should have the following qualifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive
- Experience with employee relations, conflicts and performance management.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
