are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented MIS (Management
information system) Manager to lead our information systems and data
reporting functions. In this critical role, you will be responsible for
designing, managing, and optimizing data-driven decision-making across
our organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams,
ensure data integrity, and implement reporting tools that empower
leadership with actionable insights. The ideal candidate is both
technically skilled with a strong background in MIS, analytics, and
report integration.

Job Summary
We
are seeking an experienced and analytical MIS Manager to oversee the
implementation, of our organization’s information systems and report
structure. This role requires both strategic vision and technical
expertise to ensure data-driven decision-making and efficient reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain MIS infrastructure and reporting systems
• Collaborate with various departments to understand reporting needs and provide relevant insights
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across.
• Oversee the integration of MIS with other business systems
• Train and support team members on MIS-related tools and best practices
• Prepare high-level reports for senior management and stakeholders
• Evaluate and provide ways to improve MIS effectiveness
• Manage and mentor junior MIS staff or analysts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in MIS, business intelligence, or data reporting roles
• Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros)
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems and data integration
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insight.
