Position: Receptionist Executive

Empowerment Forum Limited (TEF Consult) is a management consulting firm
that specializes in organizational change, talent search, acquisition,
and executive selection. We are recruiting on behalf of our client,
Vodacom Tanzania, a leading telecommunications provider, for a qualified
and professional Receptionist Executive to join their headquarters team
in Dar es Salaam.
- Greet and assist visitors warmly in person or over the phone.
- Direct guests by maintaining an accurate employee/department directory.
- Notify appropriate personnel of visitor arrival.
- Maintain the visitor logbook via SRM system and issue visitor badges.
- Ensure security procedures are followed at the front desk.
- Kept the reception area tidy, safe, and presentable.
- Answer and forward calls using the office phone system.
- Provide clear and accurate company information to visitors and callers.
- Offer first-level customer support for visitors with service inquiries.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Prompt and professional guest handling
- Well-organized and clean reception area
- Accurate visitor tracking and badge issuance
- Efficient call handling and routing
- Excellent customer support and feedback
