products, including home purchase improvement, extension, completion,
and refinancing of existing home loans.

Role: Credit Analyst Manager
Job Type: Full-time
We
are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Credit Analyst
Manager to join our team in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. This is a
full-time, on-site role responsible for evaluating credit data and
financial statements to assess lending risks, managing a team of credit
analysts, and ensuring compliance with credit policies and regulatory
requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze credit data and financial statements to assess lending risks.
• Develop and implement credit policies and procedures in line with regulatory standards.
• Monitor loan portfolios, identify potential risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external credit regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Strong expertise in credit management and finance.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• In-depth understanding of credit principles and risk assessment.
• Prior experience in the financial services industry is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• CPA(T) qualification is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of the Expected Credit Loss (ECL) Model is highly desirable.
