located in the Mkundi area of Morogoro Municipality. SEGA is committed
to empowering vulnerable Tanzanian girls by equipping them with
academic, leadership, and business skills.
Our programs include:

SEGA Girls’ Secondary School
offers a holistic education to 280 Form I – IV students, more than 50%
of whom receive full scholarships. The school’s mission is to nurture

Job Description:
Major Function:
Provide
high-quality, participatory education opportunities for students,
building both academic competence and practical skills that help
students become self-reliant upon graduation.
Responsibilities:

Lessons Preparation/Planning and Materials Development (30%): Develop
creative, participatory learning opportunities, design schemes of work,
lesson plans, and instructional materials. - Teaching (40%): Teach classes as scheduled, assess students, and provide additional support for struggling students.
- Supporting Individual Student Development (20%): Assist each student in setting personalized goals and action plans.
- Coordinating
Sports, Clubs, and Extra-Curricular Activities (10%): Engage students
in extracurricular activities such as essay competitions and subject
clubs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a Teaching Diploma in ICS.
- Minimum two years of teaching experience.
- Proficiency in Swahili and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Description:
Major Function:
Protect the campus residents and property from intruders.
Responsibilities:
- Daytime Duties: Supervise security guards, screen visitors, enforce campus rules, and record visitor entry/exit times.
- Nighttime
Duties: Conduct regular patrols, ensure guards’ phones are charged, and
communicate security concerns with the Director. - Emergency Preparedness: Conduct fire drills and provide refresher security training for staff.
Requirements:
- JKT or Militia Certificate.
- Form IV Certificate.
- NIDA registration.
- At least 3 years of experience in security roles.
