Job Title: Direct Sales – 60 Positions per Branch
Supervision: Business Development Manager (at branch level)
Location: All NBC Bank branches listed below
Contract Duration: 1 year

Job Summary
The
Direct Sales Representative will support the sales of Retail Banking
Liabilities products at NBC Bank branches. The role requires proactive
selling to achieve agreed sales targets while delivering excellent
customer service.

Job Description
The key responsibilities include:

• Deliver exceptional sales performance by identifying and meeting customer needs through selling Liabilities (deposit) products.
• Provide direct “hands-on” sales support, including quality lead generation and effective follow-up, to convert leads into sales.
• Participate in sales activations and campaigns to achieve specific targets.
• Ensure all onboarded customers are active and digitally connected.
• Complete
  account opening processes with customers in line with NBC Bank policies
  and requirements before submitting to operations for processing.
• Comply
  with NBC Operational Risk & Rigour requirements, including Health
  & Safety standards, security of premises, KYC, and anti-money
  laundering regulations.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by the line manager.

Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: At least an ordinary level qualification.
• Minimum Age: 18 years and above.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of banking products.

• A team player with individual accountability for results.
• Highly organized, independently motivated, with strong follow-up skills.
