1. DCS Engineer-Trainee
Department: Captive Power Plant
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage shift operations in a thermal power generation unit.
• Plan and execute operational activities during shifts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational problems.
• Monitor environmental compliance and ensure uninterrupted power supply to the cement plant.
• Handle emergency situations in boiler and turbine operations.
• Perform routine checks and maintain shift logs.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a Diploma in a relevant field.
• Experience:
  At least 1 year of combined field experience in DCS operation,
  boiler/steam turbine maintenance, or thermal power plant operation.
• Desirable Experience: Experience with AFBC boilers in coil-based thermal power plants.

2. Senior Mechanical Engineer
Department: Mechanical
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead maintenance practices for cement plant equipment like crushers, VRMs, kilns, cement ball mills, and packing plants.
• Troubleshoot and maintain major assemblies such as VRM rollers, kiln alignments, and girth gear and pinion alignments.
• Manage shutdown/major maintenance planning and execution.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Handle preventive and predictive maintenance tasks.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience:
  4-5 years of experience in cement industry maintenance, including
  knowledge of equipment like VRM, kilns, and ball mills.
• Desirable Skills: Hands-on experience with shutdown planning, NDT techniques, and ISO management systems.

3. Senior Electrician
Department: Electrical
Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve zero harm/incidents by identifying unsafe conditions and corrective actions.
• Ensure high equipment reliability (above 98%) through regular inspections and prioritizing tasks.
• Assist in job planning, maintenance preparations, and shutdowns.
• Maintain electrical equipment like transformers, MCC feeders, cable jointing, and motors.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults and maintain accurate maintenance records.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: VETA certification from a reputed institution.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance in the cement industry.
• Skills: Ability to lead a team and a strong focus on safety and equipment reliability.
