The
Human Resources Office of Daqing Oilfield Constructions Group Company
Limited (DOCG) informs all Tanzanians with the following qualifications
and who are ready to work at the Marine Tanks & Terminal Project
(MTT) at Chongoleani.

1.0. Position : Welders (15 Posts)
1.1. Qualifications: –

• Proven experience in pipe welding and structural metalwork (minimum of 3 years).
• Certification in welding from a recognized institution (e.g., AWS, CSWIP, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with various welding techniques such as TIG, MIG, Stick, and Gas Cutting.
• Ability to work with a variety of materials, including stainless steel and carbon steel.
• Strong
  understanding of international welding standards and safety
  regulations. l Physical fitness to handle demanding work conditions.

1.2. Responsibilities: –

• Perform
  high-quality welding on pipes, structural metals, and other materials
  according to specified standards (e.g., ASME,SWAM, API, or ISO).
• Use gas-cutting equipment for precision cutting of metals and pipes.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding specifications.
• Inspect and test welded surfaces for strength, quality, and durability.
• Ensure
  safety compliance while operating welding and cutting equipment. l
  Perform routine maintenance of welding tools and equipment.

1.3. Duration
The Contract shall be for a specific task for the whole constructions period of the project

Full time employment depending on the project timeline.
1.5. Place of Work.
Chongoleani
Tanga region.Daqing Oilfield Constructions Group Company Limited (DOCG)
will provide transportation from pickup location to site daily.
