unforgettable experience to all our visitors, and we’re looking for a
passionate and dynamic Guest Relations Officer to join our team and help
elevate the experience for our valued guests.

JOB SUMMARY:
We
are seeking for a friendly and enthusiastic Guest Relations Officer to
join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for
providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our visitors have
an unforgettable experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Welcome and assist guests as they enter the park.
• Provide detailed information about the park’s attractions, safety measures, rules, and regulations.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Monitor guest feedback and communicate trends or recurring issues to management for continuous improvement.
• Assist in organizing events, promotions, and group bookings to ensure a memorable experience for guests.
• Perform any other tasks as needed to ensure excellent guest relations and park operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication skills (English and Swahili preferred).
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.
