Receptionist at IFS Consulting Limited November 2024
- The
Receptionist is responsible for performing clerical tasks within an
office setting to support daily operations. The receptionist needs to
deliver exceptional customer service assistance and provide an overall
welcoming environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESÂ
- Welcoming visitors and directing them to the correct person or office
- Performing basic filing and recordkeeping, and other administrative and clerical support tasks
- Answering and transferring phone calls to the correct department
- Receiving, sorting, and delivering mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries
- Managing reservations, meeting room bookings, and appointments
- Responding to customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner
- Maintain and stock the reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
- Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, copy machine, and a computer
- Take inventory of supplies and restock as needed.
- Perform
other administrative duties as required to support the mission and
function of the company. Managing people signing in and giving out
security passes - Perform any other duties as assigned by the superior.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

- Certificate in Secretary course or in Office Management and any related field
- At least 1 year of working experience in a similar position

Sales Executive is responsible to sell a company’s products and

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, and understanding their needs
- Finding new business and costumers
- Demonstrating and presenting products or services to costumers
- Negotiating sales deals, contracts, and packages with costumers
- Following up on any product or service issues for customers

An Accountant is responsible for managing and reporting financial

- Manage financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and budgeting
- Prepare accurate financial reports, statements, and analyses for management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies
- Evaluate
and reconcile diverse financial operations, inspect and confirm source
documents, including invoices and expense vouchers to affirm commitments
and post suitable records - Conduct quarterly financial forecasting and variance analysis to ensure budget adherence
- Collaborate with management and Heads of Departments to ensure accurate budget allocation and utilization
- Maintain financial records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes
- Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements and follow up with the bank on any issues requiring such follow-up
- Ensure all statutory deductions such as pay-as-you-earn taxes are remitted to the relevant authorities within statutory periods
- Ensure proper filing and safe custody of all financial documents
- Ensure compliance with organizational financial and procurement guidelines
- Identify and mitigate financial risks and implement controls to prevent fraud and irregularities

- Strong knowledge of accounting software, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and excellent organizational skills
