candidate will oversee various HR functions, including recruitment,

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent
    Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead recruitment efforts to attract and
    retain top talent, manage onboarding processes, and ensure a seamless
    transition for new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted
    advisor to employees and management, handling employee concerns,
    resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Performance
    Management: Develop and implement performance evaluation processes,
    setting clear expectations and supporting continuous employee
    development.
  • Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure
    adherence to labor laws and regulations, update company policies as
    needed, and conduct regular audits to maintain compliance.
  • Training
    & Development: Identify training needs, design programs, and
    support leadership in nurturing employee skills and career growth.
  • HR
    Metrics & Reporting: Analyze HR data, track trends, and prepare
    reports on metrics such as turnover rates, retention, and employee
    satisfaction to inform HR strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s
    degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred)
  • 3-5 years of HR management experience
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employee relations strategies
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills

  • Develop

  • Conduct

    and internal audits to ensure compliance with HSE regulations and
    identify areas for improvement.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Monitor HSE regulations, ensuring all company activities comply with legal and industry standards.
  • Training

  • Incident Investigation & Reporting: Oversee

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO 14001)
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
  • Certification in HSE management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA) is an asset

QC & QS Engineer

behalf of our client, we are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced
QC & QS Engineer to. This dual role is critical in ensuring both
quality standards and cost-effectiveness are met throughout the project
lifecycle. The QC & QS Engineer will manage quality control
processes to maintain high standards, while handling cost estimation,
budgeting, and quantity surveying tasks to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality
    Control (QC): Develop and implement quality control plans, conduct
    inspections, and oversee testing procedures to ensure all materials and
    workmanship meet project specifications and industry standards.
  • Quantity
    Surveying (QS): Prepare and analyze cost estimates, manage budgets, and
    conduct quantity take-offs to provide accurate financial oversight of
    project expenses.
  • Project Documentation: Maintain accurate
    records for quality control reports, materials testing, cost estimates,
    and change orders to ensure traceability and compliance.
  • Vendor
    and Subcontractor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors and
    subcontractors to maintain quality and manage costs, ensuring all work
    meets project requirements and quality standards.
  • Compliance and
    Standards: Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental
    regulations, as well as adherence to relevant codes and industry
    standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify and address potential risks
    related to both quality and cost, and implement corrective measures as
    necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality control and quantity surveying in construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of QC and QS principles, industry standards, and regulations
  • Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MS Excel, Primavera, or other cost-estimating software)
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Certification in Quality Control or Quantity Surveying (preferred)
