• Panel of experts on Somalia.

2.0. QUALIFICATIONS:

• The
  candidates should possess a minimum of 10 years of progressively
  responsible experience, with minimum of 3 years of experience in arms;
  finance; armed groups; natural resources; humanitarian affairs;
  implosive explosive devices (IEDs); maritime and regional.
