and experienced Branch Manager to oversee our operations in Dar es

Key Responsibilities:
- Performance Management: Set and achieve sales targets and performance goals, driving profitability and growth.
- Leadership: Direct and manage all branch activities, ensuring a high level of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Team
Development: Recruit, train, and motivate branch staff to deliver
exceptional service and achieve their individual targets. - Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their financial needs and concerns.
- Compliance: Ensure that all branch operations comply with banking regulations and DigiPesa’s internal policies.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor branch performance, prepare financial reports, and manage budgets effectively.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in branch management or a similar role within the financial industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving branch performance.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of financial products and services, along with regulatory compliance.
