Position Overview:
The
CVM Specialist at Tigo Tanzania is responsible for driving customer
value management strategies aimed at maximizing customer retention,
loyalty, and revenue generation. This role requires a dynamic individual
who can analyze customer behavior, segment data, and create actionable
insights to influence marketing campaigns and customer lifecycle
management. The successful candidate will work closely with the
marketing, commercial, and analytics teams to ensure customer-centric
approaches are embedded in all activities.
