Affiliate Manager

THE JOB
The
Affiliate Manager will oversee the affiliate marketing program of the
company, which includes recruiting new affiliates, managing
relationships with current affiliates, and ensuring the overall growth
and success of the program. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a
strategic mindset.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify and onboard new affiliates who can promote the company’s products or services.
- Use various channels like online platforms, networking events, and industry contacts to find potential affiliates.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing affiliates to ensure ongoing collaboration and engagement.
- Provide support, training, and resources to help affiliates succeed.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the affiliate program.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align affiliate efforts with overall business goals.
- Any other roles assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
The job holder should have the following qualifications.
- Relevant university degree or diploma.
- Must have 1 year of experience working in betting as an Affiliate Manager.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory. Knowledge of Swahili or French would be an advantage
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a computer
- An active Twitter page (this is important as partner search will be conducted through Twitter)
- The presence of a database of partners would be an advantage.

THE JOB
As
the machine operator, you will operate specialized equipment to cut,
shape, and finish stone materials. The location of the job is
Kilimanjaro Region near KIA Airport.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain machine in good working condition
- Perform daily operations
- Maintain site safety rules
- Work closely with maintenance technician to carry out repair and maintenance.
QUALIFICATIONS
The job holder should have the following qualifications.
- Certificate in mechanical engineering. Diploma holders will have an added advantage.
- At least 1 year experience working as a machine operator (heavy stone cutting machinery)

WHAT WE ARE OFFERING THE RIGHT PERSON

Internship Program description: Duration up to 12 months
40 working hours/week + occasional overtime (paid) salary rate 12.41 EUR/hour before tax.
Accommodation
provided near the workplace for monthly rent – approx. 300 EUR/month
(including facilities) (room in shared apartment/house)
Requirements for candidates:
- Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s Agriculture, Animal Life science, Animal Husbandry faculty.
- Must have graduated from 2019 onwards
- At least B1 level of English (confirmed by interview with the client).
- Driving license is not required, but privilege.
- Appropriate work attitude and ethics
