Role Overview:
We
are looking for a Marketing Manager who is a visionary with a proven
track record in developing and executing effective marketing strategies.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment
and is eager to make a significant impact on our brand’s growth and
market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Door-to-Door marketing efforts to engage with local clients and generate sales.
• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.
• Manage and oversee marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate
  with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and
  customer service to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
• Oversee the creation of engaging content for various marketing channels including social media, email, and the company website.
• Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Qualifications:

• Only Female Qualified applicants aged 23 – 27 may apply on this Vacant position.
• Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology and Lab Sciencies or a related medical field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in a marketing management role, preferably within Medical industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including D2D, SEO, SEM, and social media.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Outstanding
  communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build
  relationships across the organization and with external partners.
