• Develop
  descriptive and predictive models using Python, R, SQL, or other
  relevant tools to enhance product usage strategies and customer
  segmentation.
• Analyse trends in product lines, customer
  behaviour, and general business performance to identify opportunities,
  risks, and patterns.
• Propose initiatives to senior management based on data insights.
• Improve customer segmentation techniques for targeted interventions.
• Discover patterns in data through data mining tools to inform the business about internal or external changes.
• Deliver machine learning solutions that will drive revenue and reduce costs.
