Operation Manager at Image Fresh Super Market Limited

* Degree in Business Administration and Management, or a related field
* Proven work experience of 3 years as Operations Manager or similar role
* Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
* Experience on managing gift shops and restaurants in Airport / bus stations etc.
* Familiarity with business and financial principles
* Excellent communication skills
* Leadership ability
* Outstanding organizational skills

Responsibilities
*
Ensure that the office is managed effectively and efficiently through
timely provision of services and supplies maintenance records.
* Coordinate the development and implementation of efficient record keeping schemes such as electronic filing systems.
* Maintain a safe and secure working environment.
* Coordinate the sourcing of supplies and services by also ensuring that
value for money is attained.
* Manage contracts with all key suppliers and vendors.
* Supervise and resolve all administration escalated issues.
* Develop and monitor the annual, semi-annual, quarterly, and
monthly budgets ensuring financial transactions are in accordance
with the organization’s financial rules and procedures.
* Review all periodical reports for accuracy and completeness.
* Review supporting documents.
* Ensure strong employee relations by managing employee discipline, complaints and grievances coordinating with the HRM.
* Support in client services and retention.
* Liaison with the HRM in coordinating efficient service delivery
measures to clients.
* Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
