POSITION – Graphics Designer
Our
Client’s Company is an innovative technology firm established and
operating in Tanzania. The company offers a wide range of digital
solutions across multiple industries including healthcare, finance,
banking and retail. Established in 2015, the Company has continued to
grow and expand in various regions of Tanzania.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible
for shaping the visual identity of Our Client products and brand.
He/she is responsible for designing creative content for online
campaigns, social media pages, print ads, websites, and videos. The
Graphic Designer job description includes the entire process of defining
requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including
illustrations, logos, layouts, web content, videos and photos.

• Design
  and create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for
  various digital and print media, including websites, mobile
  applications, social media, marketing collateral, and presentations.
• Collaborate
  closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers,
  developers, and marketing professionals, to understand project
  requirements and deliver exceptional design solutions.
• Conceptualize
  and develop design concepts, wireframes, and mock-ups, ensuring
  adherence to brand guidelines and design principles.
• Create and
  edit graphics, icons, infographics, and other visual elements to enhance
  user experience and communicate complex ideas effectively.
• Develop
  and maintain a library of design assets, templates, and style guides
  for consistent branding across different platforms and channels.
• Stay
  updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and
  recommend innovative design approaches to improve the overall user
  experience.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights and optimize designs based on user feedback.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs (UI/UX), providing necessary assets and specifications.
• Manage
  multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project
  deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to
  detail.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Proven work experience as a Graphics Designer, preferably in a technology-driven environment.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including digital and print media.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Solid knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices for web and mobile interfaces.
• Familiarity with responsive design and the ability to create designs optimized for multiple screen sizes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for staying updated with emerging design trends and technologies.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment as and when required.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail for accuracy.
