BACKGROUND
Tanzania
Civil Aviation Authority (TCAA) is a government body established
pursuant to the Civil Aviation Authority Act 2003 Cap 80 (R.E 2006)
which mandate it to provide regulatory oversight of aviation industry in
the country by ensuring effective implementation of Standards and
Recommended Practices (SARPs) as provided in Civil Aviation Regulations,
air navigation services and aviation trainings provided through its
train arm- the Civil Aviation Training Centre (CATC).

The
Public Service Recruitment Secretariat (PSRS) is a government organ
with a status of independent Department established specifically to
facilitate the recruitment process of employees to the Public Service.
Public Service Recruitment Secretariat was established by the Public
Service Act No. 8 0f 2002 as amended by Act No. 18 of 2007, section
29(1)
