Trainee Program We are proud to introduce the “Graduate Trainee
Program”. The program is a rich profession and career development
opportunity for committed graduates that aim to make a positive impact
in the brewing industry. The program provides more than a job with
enriched skills that would place you to a journey that would grow your
skills, develop your carrier, and unlock your potential.

ROLE SUMMARY
We
believe in learning by doing. Our Graduate trainee program are crafted
to fast-track the careers of future leaders and change makers, allowing
recent graduates to develop and get exposure to sales and marketing of
fast moving products specifically alcoholic beverages. We value curious
and ambitious people who are open and willing to embrace opportunities
in different locations across our company.

Program requirements Fresh graduate’s year 2023/24 from an accredited university
