the hotel brand and brand experience across all stakeholders, including
guests, colleagues, customers, owners, and communities.

The
Assistant Director of Food and Beverage reports directly to the Hotel
Manager. They assist in establishing overarching objectives and policies
for the hotel, managing the food and beverage department, and ensuring
the hotel meets its obligations under its management terms and
agreements with the owner.”

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of Micros.
• Ability to make quick decisions in high stress situations.
• Pleasant and positive personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Strong Customer Service/Employee Relations Skills.
• Excellent computer skills, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and data entry required.
