• Develop
  and maintain acquisition strategy and acquisition channel and
  commission policies to ensure alignment with company strategy in
  delivering desired value and ensure end-to-end management of acquisition
  channels.

• Strategic
  thinker and effective communicator and presenter and comfortable with
  digital transformation and the adoption of technology.
• Operational Management – experience with management of large teams achieving deadlines
