POSITION: ACCOUNTANT
Description:
We are looking for a qualified experienced accountant to drive our business forward.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Know how to use QuickBooks
- He should know how to use tall
- Experience with other accounting packages
- Developing budgets and financial plans and monitoring all expenditures against set budget
- Managing and updating transaction including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Processing cheque. deposit and withdrawal transactions and periodic bank reconciliation
- Verifying invoices from vendors, preparing vendors payments and booking of receivables
- Ensuring the company complies with financial regulations, tax laws and regulations
- Preparing and filing tax returns e.g., Value Added Tax (VAT) and With Holding Tax
- Preparing financial statements e.g., Balance Sheets, Trial Balance, Cash Flow Statements
- Filing and maintaining copies of all invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and bank slips

- Develop engaging graphics for social media platforms to promote products, engage with customers, and increase brand visibility.
