achieving targets? If so, we want you to join our dynamic team as a
Sales Force Executive

Britam is a leading diversified, financial

Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, South Sudan, Mozambique and Malawi. The
company offers a wide range of financial solutions in General Insurance
including Health Insurance. These solutions enable our customers to
protect their wealth, health and achieve their financial goals every
step of the way.

Britam Insurance Tanzania is seeking
applications from qualified and passionate Sales Force Executives across
the regions in Arusha, Dar es Salaam, Dodoma, Mbeya, Mtwara, Mwanza and
Zanzibar.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads and identify new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and reports as required.

Qualifications

• CSEE
• Degree or Diploma of Insurance or COP (Certificate of Proficiency in Insurance).
