Job Description:
YPO
is looking for a committed, dedicated and detail -oriented Intern
Accountant to join the organization. As an Intern Accountant at YPO, you
will play a critical role in assisting the management of financial
operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and supporting
YPO’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
• Prepare financial reports, budgets, and statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
• Assist with financial planning and budgeting.
• E nsure compliance with donor and nonprofit financial regulations.

Qualifications:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Proven experience in accounting and financial management.
• Knowledge of nonprofit accounting and financial reporting preferred.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
